Dr. Nick Martinez
Dr. Nicholas Martinez grew up with a passion for sports and the human body. Early on in his education, he realized he wanted to pursue a career that would allow him to share his love and interest for health, the body and fitness with others which led him to switch his undergraduate studies from engineering to a path that set him to become a physical therapist. He received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from Regis University in 2019. Upon graduating he has practiced in an outpatient setting for over 2.5 years and has received specialized training in spine management through the McKenzie Institute of Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment (MDT). In addition to extensive spine training, he has completed a certification in Vestibular and Concussion Rehabilitation through the American Institute of Balance (AIB-VRC) and received training in health promotion and wellness coaching through the Academy of Health Prevention & Health Promotion Therapies (APHPT). The addition of his vestibular, concussion and wellness coaching knowledge has allowed him to treat not only a general population, but empowered him to pursue his passion in helping high school and recreational athletes return to their sport(s).
